It 3 days, or if you prefer you could say 78 hours. And if you don’t like hours, why not try 4697 minutes? Prefer an even smaller time measurement? No problem, that comes nicely to 281821 seconds :) Infact, even less, but I can’t keep updating every second can I eh? That’d be pure sillyness. Mind you, I’ve got enough time on my hands at the moment. Well, I really haven’t. But there is nothing I can do right now, so once again I’ve commandeered the entire IT suite ( hell yeah, all 50 computers….I wish ) and am slowly becoming bored to tears. Its break next too, gawd there is only so much free time poor Rose can deal with before she goes mad! I’ll be singing to myself next…don’t worry, the guy next to me has his earphones in and everyone else is engrossed in whatever assignments / work they’re typing up, so I won’t do too much damage if I do actually start singing. Although I’ll proably get kicked out, and have to face the cold outside, all on my lonesome :( Talking of which, whats going on with the weather eh?! rain, thunder, hailstorms you name it…bloody Britian, why can’t we have 3ft of snow and ice? I love all that stuff, none of this crashing scary lightning and thunder stuff, jeepers - you shoulda seen me the other day, my life flashed before my eyes when the thunder hit. Well…that’s maybe not a very good description of what happened, more like I screamed and hid under my duvets…but even so (: I hope it snows on christmas day, I say that every year, but I really really want it too this year, that’d be blinking awesome to be quite honest. Can you imagine, actually waking up to find everything covered in the most awesome snow? wowzee woo :-) although it’ll make transport a nightmare and a half I’d imagine, which is never much fun for all those people travelling about. Being stuck inside in the warm watching the snow is one thing, being sat in a traffic jam or on a delayed train / plane is another.

Hehe, it’s quite funny really, people keep coming into the IT suite and just looking at me a bit like ‘wtf are you doing?’ because I havent got a thousand page word document up infront of me :P I just smile back at them and they walk away looking bemused, its fine by me. I’ve also just realised I’m running extremely low on printing credit, I have 12p to be precise - how’d that happen!? I mean, I know I spend a lot when I actually go shopping, but seriously, how can I have gotten through £3 of printing credits already!? Look!

Expensive business this is, I’m sure the college is making money out of it  * gives the It technicians an evil look* ¬¬ It’s the same with the food here, started off just grand - really cheap and good, but I’m not stupid y’know! I can tell when you’re sneakily putting your prices up and reducing the portion sizes of the scoops of beans on the jacket potatoes… *sigh*

I’m just looking at the current obscure desktop wallpaper that the geeks in the IT area have put on every computer in the college. It’s actually not too bad this time, we used to get some pretty obscure one’s at times,

Look at all the lovely stars and the ‘merry christmas’s in the different language *cue insanely cheesey smile* =| Whats going on with the weird fish thing 3rd in on the left though? Bit peculiar…ah well. And hey,I’ve just realised, where’s the moon?! Gotta love the moon :)

I’m gonna go there one day. The moon.

Don’t worry, I haven’t gone barmy, there’s noway you’d actually get me up there, but in the metaphorical sense I’ll go there one day. One day I’ll be able to find my own moon; it’ll be quiet and lovely, none of the stresses of everyday life will affect me - I’ll be able to look upon them as though looking from another planet. So far away. Even if its just for a moment. I think that’d be nice. It doesn’t rain on the moon either, how amazing is that - no rain. No miserable nastiness to soak me through to the skin everytime I step out of the door.

Maybe I won’t go to the moon, maybe I’ll go to my own little Island, far away that nobody knows about. I think that would be a lot like being on the moon. Except rather than worrying that you’re spaceship is going to fail and you’ll be stranded there, you’d be worried about sharks biting your legs off.

Did you know that stars have already died? But because it takes so long for the light to reach earth we see them as they used to be. We just see their photographs, of how they used to be. Like going back in time, only, it’s happening now. Right now. Wow.

If you ever got offered the opportunity would you go back in time? Be it to a period in your own lifetime or a time long before then. Actually, I’l rephrase the question, I’ll change it into 3 questions :

1. Would you go back in time just to watch things from the past in your own life, from a kind of ‘ghost’ like perspective?

2. Would you go back in time to re-do things, start over, change, do something different to how you did it back then?

3. Would you go back in time to witness a historical event / period of time that wasn’t to do with your life, but the world / country in general?

In answer to number 1 I’d say no, it would be far too embarrassing and awful to watch over. I can imagine it now…good lord, never never never. It would be like watching my own kind of horror movie. I’m sure it wasn’t that bad at the time, but I can only think of bad things at the moment.

That leads nicely onto number 2 : noway. I would never go back and change anything, everyone goes through crap, its the way life goes, and if i really think about where I am at the moment I realise that actually I’m happy with it. To think that by doing one thing slightly different in my past I might not be sat here typing this now is too weird and horrible to comprehend.

In answer to number 3: yeah, probably. Although I’m not too sure what, I’d have to give it a lot of thought if I only got once chance to go back and see something. Maybe the Kennedy assasination? I don’t know. I’ll get back to you on that…maybe :P

Wow, I’ve written a hell of a lot today. That said, I havent blogged a proper post for ages, it’s been quite nice in all honesty. Just rambling about things in my own strange, obscure way.

I should probably leave you now though ( that’s if you’re still reading this tbh, I don’t blame you if you’ve skipped to the end, infact, I don’t blame you if you’ve skipped the entire post )

I’ll just leave you with this : It’s 16 days till christmas.

Ooh and, 3 days till my boyfriend comes home.
